Spond & WhatsApp
The age groups share their programmes and activity sign-ups through Spond. WhatsApp keeps families informed, including last-minute changes. The leaders will help you join the right group.
Uniform & neckerchief
The official LGS Shop sells uniform shirts, scarves and badges. Before buying anything, check with the leaders what your age section and first meeting require.

The leaders will provide information about membership fees, medical forms, data protection and photo permissions. Return completed documents directly and privately to the responsible leaders.
Your first visit
A few useful answers before you get started.
How do I find the right age section?
The age ranges and contacts are listed above. If your child is between age groups, or you are unsure, contact the leaders. They will help you find the right section.
Can I enquire during the year?
Contact the section to arrange a suitable date for a first visit. The leaders will explain when and how joining is possible.
What should I wear and bring?
Weather-appropriate clothes that can get muddy are practical for outdoor activities. Ask the leaders beforehand what that particular meeting requires. Please check with them before buying a uniform.
Where and when do we meet?
Regular meeting times are listed with each section. Ask the leaders to confirm the date and exact meeting point for your first visit: outings may have a different arrangement.
What does it cost, and how do I register?
Ask the leaders about the current membership fee, registration steps and any additional costs for camps or outings. They will provide the necessary information and documents directly.
How do families stay informed?
The sections use Spond for programmes and sign-ups, and WhatsApp for updates and last-minute changes. The leaders will explain how to join the appropriate group when you contact them.
My child has a particular question or needs support.
Speak privately with the leaders in advance about languages, allergies or other needs. Together you can clarify what matters for the visit. Please do not send medical information to a public group.
